By using TRoyTEL™ you agree to these terms. TRoyTEL is run by TRoy Group™ (Ertan Govdeli, trading as TROYGO, ABN 30 302 098 137, Northern Territory, Australia). Contact: ertangovdeli@gmail.com. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use TRoyTEL to:
- send anything illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or that exploits or endangers children;
- send spam, scams, malware or phishing links, or impersonate another person or business;
- collect other people's information without permission, or try to break, overload or bypass the service's security.
Moderation
You can block and report people from the chat window. We may remove content, limit features or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and we may pass information to authorities where the law requires or allows it.
Website chat and calls
When you start a chat from a TRoy Group company website, that company's team can read and reply to it. Voice and video calls run through Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si), a third-party service with its own terms. Our staff are not guaranteed to be online or to reply by any particular time.
Not for emergencies or sensitive information
Do not use TRoyTEL for emergencies. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted, so do not send passwords, payment card details or other highly sensitive information.
Service and liability
TRoyTEL is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or stop. To the extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of TRoyTEL, and our total liability for any claim is limited to resupplying the service.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app or by following these steps.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Northern Territory, Australia.
