Delete your TRoyTEL account

Option 1: delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Open troytel.com or the TRoyTEL app and sign in.
2. Open the ⋯ menu at the top left, then Settings.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

This immediately removes your profile, contacts, blocks and all messages you sent from our database. If the app asks you to sign in again first (a security step for older sessions), do that and then delete. If anything fails, use option 2.

Option 2: ask us to delete it

Email ertangovdeli@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my TRoyTEL account" from the email address you registered with, and include your handle if you set one. We will delete your account and data and confirm by email.

Website visitors (no account)

If you used the chat bubble on a company website without registering, email us the name you used and roughly when you chatted, and we will delete that conversation. You can also clear your browser's site data for troytel.com.

What is kept

Reports about abuse may be kept for as long as needed to keep the service safe. Short-term technical logs held by Cloudflare follow its own retention. See the Privacy Policy.
